Factors affecting intention on whistleblowing

The purpose of this study is to examine and provide empirical evidence the effect personal cost, professional commitment, seriousness wrongdoing on whistleblowing intention, as well impact legal protection in influencing a moderating variable. populations are civil servants (ASN) from Directorate Construction Services Procurement, General Of Development Ministry Public Works Housing (MPWH). sample 90 respondents, obtained using saturated sampling technique. questionnaire data analyzed Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). result shows that consider their cost they intend blow whistle. Yet, finds commitment does not affect servant’s intention. also only able moderate intention unable wrongdoing. These findings help obtain insight regarding policy can improve
